  • In November 2014, GrowthPlay acquired Akina Corporation, a Chicago-based consulting, coaching and training firm focused on delivering high sales impact to professional services. Akina drives our personable approach and elevates the unique strengths of each individual and intimately coaches teams to better develop, build and sustain relationships that lead to enhanced revenue growth.

  • GrowthPlay acquired Force Management in December 2014. The Charlotte-based sales consulting and training firm specializes in helping B2B companies drive more revenue, improve sales margins and gain market share. Force Management fuels our obsession with results.

  • GrowthPlay acquired Chally Group in March 2015. Chally Group helps to balance the GrowthPlay solution offering, grounding our solutions in predictive analytics tools for sales and leadership selection, development, and deployment. Chally champions our ability to help sales leaders intelligently build world-class sales teams.

  • In January 2016, GrowthPlay acquired Incite Sales to add to its expanding portfolio of sales effectiveness services. Incite Sales excels in aligning B2C product and service strategies with the capabilities of their salespeople. Incite Sales drives our spirit of understanding our clients first and foremost to deliver the most value.

  • Today, GrowthPlay brings together a powerful combination of sales performance offerings that align and enable customer organizations to achieve revenue goals. With over 100 professionals and a national footprint, GrowthPlay activates change at both the organizational and individual levels to deliver lasting, measurable results.

Meet Dan Weinfurter, GrowthPlay’s CEO

Dan has been the founder and CEO of two previous private equity-backed businesses and was the number two executive for a third. All three achieved high rankings on the Inc. 500, with Parson Group landing the coveted #1 spot. Dan started his career at General Electric in sales and sales management roles and for the past two years, was an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

GrowthPlay closed on funding from Driehaus Private Equity in 2014. In addition to funding organic growth, the partnership with Driehaus will allow GrowthPlay to pursue acquisitions of best-in-class companies across a unique combination of technology, content, and consulting services providers in the sales effectiveness industry. Ultimately, the goal will remain focused on providing services that help clients drive profitable revenue growth.
