Tracey is the Managing Director and Practice Lead for Organization Effectiveness and Talent Consulting for GrowthPlay. She came to GrowthPlay via the 2015 acquisition of Chally, a global sales and leadership performance measurement firm.
Tracey helps clients increase sales effectiveness across the sales chain through utilization of predictive analytics and transformation practices that use human capital as a lever to lead the organization towards greater revenue and optimized value.
