Tracey is the Managing Director and Practice Lead for Organization Effectiveness and Talent Consulting for GrowthPlay. She came to GrowthPlay via the 2015 acquisition of Chally, a global sales and leadership performance measurement firm. Tracey helps clients increase sales effectiveness across the sales chain through utilization of predictive analytics and transformation practices that use human capital as a lever to lead the organization towards greater revenue and optimized value.
Tracey is an experienced business developer, consultant, educator, and sought-after public speaker with cross-industry expertise: banking and financial services, technology, staffing, pharma, industrial products, distribution, and hospitality. Tracey holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Northwestern University.
