Wendy is an experienced organizational effectiveness consultant whose work focuses on helping sales leaders align and unlock the potential of their people to fuel revenue growth. She offers clients more than 20 years of consulting experience coupled with expertise in sales effectiveness, leadership & organization development, communication, and change management.
As Director of Research and Delivery for GrowthPlay’s Talent & OE practice, Wendy leads the team responsible for combining our extensive Chally research with consulting expertise to create and deliver high quality solutions for our partners and clients.
Before joining GrowthPlay Wendy led consulting and sustainment practices for Wilson Learning and AchieveGlobal. Earlier in her career, Wendy founded and ran a boutique consulting practice focused on helping leaders implement and sustain transformational change. Previously she designed and facilitated leadership development programs for the Center for Creative Leadership, Enspire Learning, and HumanR. She began her career as a research assistant to Neil Rackham at Huthwaite.
Wendy is the coauthor of three books and the author of numerous articles about learning, leadership, and change. Some of her recent publications include: Learning & Development’s Role in Sales Enablement (Training Magazine, March 2016) and Beyond the Training Event: Six Best Practices for Learning Results (Training Magazine, June 2015). Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and a master’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Maryland.
