As the head of operations for GrowthPlay, Kelly ensures that business success is achieved by focusing on operational rigor and acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

Kelly brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and operations. She has worked in a wide range of industries, pivoting between media, PR and marketing, and consulting. Kelly has a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive improvements in budgeting and forecasting, cost controls, and resource management.

Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in business administration and film & television studies and holds an MBA from DePaul University. She is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
