Brianna Leung draws from over two decades of experience in leading thoughtful innovation and organizational change in professional and legal services firms. As principal of Red Bird Strategy, Brianna leverages a blend of behavioral science, design thinking, and strategic planning to help organizations create positive and lasting changes that grow their triple bottom line – people, profit, and planet.

Her experience working with and for law firms for twenty plus years uniquely positions Brianna as an empathetic ally to professional service firm leaders and their employees. She was most recently the Chief Strategy Officer for a mid-sized, Chicago-based law firm, where she helped guide and execute the firm’s strategic growth plan and leadership succession initiatives. 

Brianna previously served as principal consultant at GrowthPlay, helping law firms meet strategic growth and business development objectives. She maintains her connection with GrowthPlay as an alliance partner, lending her expertise to the training and coaching of lawyers in adopting GrowthPlay’s market-leading approach to business development.

Formerly, Brianna dedicated ten years to Traveling Coaches, a consultancy specializing in technology training and adoption for the legal sector. She assumed multiple roles there, such as Director of Market Strategies and Director of User Adoption Consulting. During her tenure, she established the firm’s celebrated change management consulting division.

Throughout her career, Brianna has held multiple national leadership, sales, and marketing positions that inform her strategic perspective. She is an award-winning consultant and thought leader and is a popular presenter at industry events and law firm retreats. She holds an M.B.A. with honors from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a certification in Behavioral Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a certification in Change Management from Prosci. When she isn’t thinking or talking about strategic change, she is hanging out in Chicago with her family of four humans and two canines.
