Carolyn has spent her entire career working in the professional service industry, specifically in helping firms and professionals develop their skills and grow their business. Having launched and run her own consultancy, she understands firsthand the challenges involved in selling professional services. Her educational background enables her to bring a research-based approach to client solutions in the areas of business strategy, leadership development and team effectiveness.

Carolyn believes that helping lawyers and their teams untap their creative capacity and get laser focused on what matters most is foundational to growing their business. She has helped hundreds of lawyers creatively solve problems, address business challenges, and achieve desired outcomes. Clients have called Carolyn an authentic advisor who has believed in them and helped them achieve more than they ever envisioned they could on their own. Carolyn holds a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development from St. Louis University, and is qualified in several teaming certifications and in the Chally Talent Assessment. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and considers herself a jazz enthusiast.
