Having launched and run her own consultancy, she understands firsthand the challenges involved in selling professional services. Her educational background enables her to bring a research-based approach to client solutions in the areas of business strategy, leadership development and team effectiveness.

She has helped hundreds of lawyers creatively solve problems, address business challenges, and achieve desired outcomes. Carolyn holds a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development from St. Louis University, and is qualified in several teaming certifications and in the Chally Talent Assessment. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and considers herself a jazz enthusiast.
